Cureoscity is a market leading PropTech firm that enables unrivalled connectivity between individuals and the places they choose to be, through the creation of bespoke digital layers that transform the traditional approach to property and asset management, ownership and occupation.

We are looking for an ambitious Product Owner to take ownership of our backlog.

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for our roadmap and work with our fantastic team of agile software engineers and experienced property professionals to deliver market-leading, user focused products that develop and grow the next generation of smart building technology.

About You

You’re an experienced Product Owner. You’ve been central to the delivery of some world-class digital products. You may have held a few different Product roles, but importantly you understand the critical difference between Project Management and Product Ownership. You’ve worked in Agile software teams and have mastered the art of maximising the value of the software being delivered.

You have:

  • An ability to interpret stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development
  • A demonstrable experience of Digital Product Ownership
  • An exceptional ability to communicate with people. You’re a very natural people-person, and bring genuine enthusiasm to the role
  • A real passion for delivering great user experiences
  • Experience of working in a scrum team to define, refine and continuously improve digital products
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent problem-solving skills

You’re great at:

  • Balancing complex requirements, ambitious targets, and quality user experiences
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues

While you’re here you will:

  • Work closely with the COO, Implementation, Client Success and Support teams to maximize, understand and validate the value of user requirements
  • Work with the Development Team to define and refine the Product Backlog
  • Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of delivery
  • Take ownership of the Cureoscity platform, and be the ambassador for the product for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Learn all about the Property Management industry if you don’t already have that experience
  • Make sure releases are consistently hitting the mark in terms of quality value
  • Liaising with stakeholders to efficiently communicate any updates and/or delays
  • Be the primary contact for all questions from the team relating to the product
  • Lead Sprint Planning and Refinement ceremonies
  • Travel to various partner sites to build relationships and better understand stakeholder requirements

  • Ambitious. We have lots of ideas, and we need you to help turn these ideas into reality!
  • Passionate. Everyone at Cureoscity loves what they do, and we want you to be a part of that.
