Shaping 60 Dawson Street’s ESG Agenda through Technology
Dublin, Ireland – Cureoscity, the leading digital platform that connects people and places, has announced the successful deployment of its technologies at 60 Dawson Street, Dublin.
60 Dawson Street
This prestigious and environmentally leading mixed-use scheme – which represents the next asset in Cureoscity’s expansion in Ireland – includes six floors of grade A office space, a central atrium and large roof terraces with panoramic views overlooking Trinity College. 60 Dawson Street is home to the new European HQs for ServiceNow, Pinterest and Renaissance Re.
Cureoscity’s platform for 60 Dawson Street – delivered through a partnership between pan-European real estate investment manager MARK and Irish investment manager BCP – improves operational efficiency and occupier engagement through smart functionality that optimises building operations and connects individuals with their building via mobile applications. Access to the building is simplified with users adding their employee badge to their Wallet for use via their smartphone and wearable devices, to realise a seamless and intuitive user journey.
Unifying ESG credentials
60 Dawson Street is the first deployment of the Cureoscity platform by MARK. Inger Ahaneku, Head of ESG at MARK, commented: “60 Dawson Street is a significant milestone for us. It is the realisation of an integrated technology solution that unifies the excellent ESG credentials of the building and provides a unique platform for enhanced engagement with our occupiers”.
A Connected Experience
To realise the connected experience for MARK at 60 Dawson Street, Cureoscity has collaborated with partners including Swiftconnect, HID, Savills, Sensori and Acre. Chris Coleman-Brown, CEO at Cureoscity, added: “Our collaboration with exceptional partners enables a considered and cost-effective approach to achieving connected places, supporting our clients to deliver on their asset visions”.
