CC Land launches new digital customer experience platform at The Leadenhall Building

New platform will create vertical community and support reoccupation post-lockdown

CC Land has appointed Cureoscity, a leading innovator in the connectivity of places, to create a new digital customer experience platform for The Leadenhall Building which will support the reoccupation of the building when the lockdown restrictions are eased.

The digital platform, which is accessed via a smartphone app, will provide a central portal for the building’s community of 6,000 occupiers delivering exceptional connectivity, community and amenity access.  It will also be used for building access and can be utilised to provide the building management team with data on space usage and flow of people through the building.  

To support the reoccupation of the building, the app contains a COVID-19 updates page with content on procedures such as social distancing and handwashing, building capacity and emergency contacts.

Through the app the building management team is also able to send push notifications to occupiers within a 500m radius, updating them on public transport delays and helping manage the flow of people into the building.

The app will additionally host an e-building pass which not only provides enhanced security but also minimises surface contact for staff on site.

To support occupiers while at home, The Leadenhall Building is uploading LED-Fit classes and LED-Talks seminars to the platform, replacing those that would usually take place on the 42nd  floor of the building and public galleria,  along with health and nutrition tips, building updates and information on events taking place at the building later in the year.

The Leadenhall Building is the City of London’s tallest completed skyscraper, providing 660,000 sq ft of office space over 45 floors. The building, which is commonly known as The Cheesegrater on account of its distinctive sloping profile, is home to a diverse mix of world-class businesses including insurance companies Aon and Amlin, Clydesdale Bank, Banco Sabadell, software company IP Soft, Affinity Shipping and the building’s architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. 

The building also offers a dedicated events space, Landing 42, on one of the upper floors more than 200 metres above street level, and in 2019 welcomed Bob Bob Cite, the luxurious sister restaurant of Soho’s Bob Bob Ricard.  

Cureoscity, established in 2017, is a leading provider of customer experience platforms and already count Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan, Savills and Lendlease as collaborators and strategic partners.
