Business Development Manager

Cureoscity is a market leading PropTech firm that enables unrivalled connectivity between individuals and the places they choose to be, through the creation of bespoke digital layers that transform the traditional approach to property and asset management, ownership and occupation.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us.
Reporting to the CCO, you will join Cureoscity at an exciting period of expansion in the UK, Ireland and further afield. Your focus will be to build new and existing relationships and close new revenue opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for the delivery of a material proportion of our revenue growth
• Generation of new, incremental leads from our existing client relationships
• Creating proposal documentation and quotations for clients with appropriate internal sign offs
• Ensuring deals are passed to our Implementation Team with clear scope, approved commercials and contracts agreed.
• Minimising risk of post purchase dissatisfaction.
COLLABORATION, REPORTING & MEETINGS
• You will work closely with key colleagues – CCO, COO, Implementation and Customer Success.
• Weekly reporting to CCO and above team on pipeline and required support.
• Client meetings as and when required to enable successful revenue growth.
• Maintaining sales database.
• Clear communication on pipeline versus forecast.

• Ensure Cureoscity brand compliance with all communications.
• Always be flexible, personable and have a ‘can do attitude’.
• Excellent listener.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
SKILLS & COMPETENTCIES
• Self-motivation: Highly self-motivated, personable with a strong need for personal achievement and continued development. High energy levels, ambitious and both performance and target driven.
• Commercial Awareness: Remains up to date with current company, industry, and Client developments and seeks out opportunities to enhance business performance based on evolving understanding.
• Commercial network: Has a strong network in our target markets which gives personal credibility and can be used to open doors.
• Communication: Confident and articulate across all communication platforms. An excellent presenter who thrives on Client conversion, relationship management and collaboration.
• Resilience: Remains calm and self-controlled under pressure. Reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks.
• Customer care: Highly developed customer service skills and the ability to turn difficult situations round quickly and efficiently.
• Planning and organisation; Able to plan and prioritise workload and ensure that revenue targets are met and surpassed.
